I’m not sure if I just caught them at a bad time, but support took a really long while to get back to me. When they finally did, it didn’t feel like they were all that interested in actually helping. It kind of seemed like they just wanted to wrap things up and move on, which was frustrating.

I bought from pcinsiders.ca and ended up having to do a warranty return. I was already kind of frustrated at the time, and the slow replies didn’t help. I felt like I had to keep checking in just to find out what was going on. They did sort it out in the end, but it took way longer than I expected

So, PC Insiders was okay overall. I found a couple of solid deals and some of the prices seemed fair, but not everything felt like a huge bargain. Once you factor in shipping and any extras, it can be a little less worth it. I’d probably check them out again, but I’d definitely compare prices with other stores before buying.

I don’t feel right posting a review for something I haven’t personally experienced. Reviews should come from real customers, not made-up stories or responses that sound like robots answering emails. I’d rather be honest than pretend.

I ordered from PC Insiders and overall the shipping was okay, not terrible or anything, just kind of average. The package did show up and the box was in good shape, and nothing inside was damaged, so that part was definitely good. But it arrived a few days later than I was expecting, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was or when it was actually going to get here. I don’t mind waiting a little longer if I know what’s going on, but the lack of clear updates made it feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Everything turned out fine in the end, I just wish the shipping info had been more accurate or easier to follow.
